The individual will be expected to undertake work as requested, leading the diagnosis and resolution of more complexed vehicle problems, as well as undertaking the more routine service work encountered in main dealership workshops. As part of the Master Technician role, there will also be an expectation for this individual to work with other technicians and help them to develop and refine their skills and capabilities
This role would suit an experienced technician who is keen to develop their career with a forward looking organisation.
We seek a pro-active, confident and solution orientated individual who is happy to take on responsibility and ownership. You will need to be well-organised, able to work unsupervised, and be an excellent team player.
